Do you have stray cats hanging around? Do you want to help them, but don’t know where to start?
Come to our FREE feral cat workshop to learn more about TNR – trap, neuter, return. You’ll be able to make a feral shelter out of a plastic tote, and get hints and tips from other trappers.
Southgate Lowe’s donated a limited number of materials to make the shelters, and they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the workshop, one set per person. If you want to guarantee that you’ll have materials to make a shelter, you should bring the following with you:
A large plastic covered tub/tote (approximately 30 gallons)
A small plastic covered tub/tote (approximately 20 gallons)
A 12-inch plastic flower pot. Choose a pot that does not taper too much at the bottom if possible
A hair dryer

Join fellow animal lovers for a P.A.W.S. meeting. We will be discussing plans for our “Precious Pets Photo Contest” booth at the upcoming Wyandotte Street Fair (July 11-14, 2018). Volunteering at our street fair booth is a great chance to enjoy the fair, meet fellow animal lovers, and help a great organization, all without investing a lot of time.
The meeting will be held in Riverview City Hall activity room B, beginning at 7:00pm.
Join us for our annual meeting at 7:00pm on November 14th at JP McGuires Bar and Restaurant in Taylor. This is a great time to meet or reconnect with others who are concerned about animal welfare, and to learn more about P.A.W.S. and our recent activities. We’ll meet in the banquet room at JP’s. Note that each attendee is responsible for their food and drink bill.
All are welcome. This is a great way to meet fellow animal lovers and get involved with P.A.W.S!
